To explain briefly, if you choose the 500+ package and invest $475,000, you will receive 500 sq m apartments for $950, the market price of which starts at $1,100 at the initial stage of construction and increases by 15-20 percent in the middle and end. At any time when you decide to put these apartments up for sale, we will sell them at the current price. Already at the initial stage, you can sell them with a profit of at least $150-200, however, if you wait for the completion of construction, your estimated profit increases with the progress of construction.
